Information we collect
Depending on your relationship with us, we may collect contact and enquiry details, information about a proposed or existing company, its officers, shareholders, beneficial owners and business activities, engagement and billing records, correspondence, due-diligence information and technical website information where analytics consent is given.
Please do not submit NRIC, passport or other identity documents through the public enquiry form or ordinary email. We will provide an approved method when documents are required.
How we use information
We use personal data to respond to enquiries, assess service suitability, conduct conflict and customer-due-diligence checks, prepare proposals and engagement documents, perform authorised corporate services and filings, maintain records and deadlines, communicate with relevant parties, invoice clients, protect our systems and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
Disclosure and overseas processing
Where reasonably necessary, we may disclose data to Singapore authorities, banks or providers you ask us to approach, approved identity-verification, screening, e-signature, hosting, storage, email, analytics and security providers, professional advisers and service partners. We do not sell personal data. Where data is transferred outside Singapore, we take appropriate steps to provide protection comparable to the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 unless an exception applies.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 with Google Consent Mode to understand which pages are useful and whether visitors complete an enquiry. Analytics, advertising and personalisation storage are denied by default. Before you accept analytics, the Google tag may send limited, cookieless consent-state and measurement signals; it does not set analytics cookies. If you accept, analytics storage is enabled for measurement. Advertising storage and personalisation remain disabled, and form details are not sent to analytics. You can decline analytics or reopen Cookie settings in the website footer.
Retention and security
We use reasonable administrative, physical and technical safeguards appropriate to the information. We retain data only while needed for legal or business purposes, including applicable corporate-service-provider, anti-money-laundering, tax, accounting and limitation requirements, and then securely delete, anonymise or dispose of it.
Access, correction and withdrawal
You may request access to or correction of personal data in our possession or control, subject to applicable exceptions. You may also withdraw consent with reasonable notice. We will explain any consequences, including where withdrawal prevents us from continuing a requested or regulated service.
Marketing
Answering your enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter. Promotional messages are sent only where permitted and include a way to opt out. We retain the minimum information necessary to honour an opt-out request.
