  2. 02

    Complete enhanced checks

Identity, address, entity, ownership and source information is obtained according to the approved risk process.

  3. 03

    Confirm available services

Nominee-director, registered-address, accounting, tax, banking and immigration support are scoped separately and may not be available for every case.

  4. 04

    Approve before incorporation

No filing begins until the client is accepted, documents are complete and responsible people approve the final company particulars.

Practical answers

Questions about this service

Can a foreigner own 100% of a Singapore company?

Foreign ownership is generally possible, but the company must still meet Singapore's officer, address and filing requirements and any sector-specific rules.

Is a nominee director automatically available?

No. Any resident-director arrangement requires due diligence, risk acceptance, contractual protections and ongoing monitoring. Availability is never automatic.

Can you guarantee a bank account or work pass?

No. We may coordinate information or introductions, but banks and government authorities make their own decisions.
